The Free Agent’s Declaration of Principles-

    We at the Free Agent shall adhere to, and champion the following principles as the governing constitution of our newsletter, and as the guiding premise of all future editions and actions, to foster rational inquiry. Thereby providing the populace with the opportunity to be well informed to make rational decisions and conclusions best befitting the circumstance –

 

I.   To Provide an Honest, Ethical, and Accurate Newsletter – venerating the search for truth above all else.

 

II.  To Provide a comprehensive, unbiased, unpolluted, and regular analysis of up-to-date information regarding the matters of the day– as a prerequisite before establishing any opinion.

 

III. To Provide and Foster an environment of Free Discussion on any and all relevant matters, governed by reason and civility – unabridged by petty contretemps or divisions.

 

IV.  To Provide and Espouse Intellectual and Ideological Autonomy in order to most adequately address the issues at hand and to derive rational solutions to the myriad of dilemmas permeating the modern world.

 

V.  To Provide a Newsletter untethered to, and unhindered by any corporate or partisan Special Interests: providing unbiased and necessary information.

 

VI. To Provide a mechanism promoting and advancing the liberties, rights, and freedoms of the general populace as human beings – first and foremost Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness.

 

VII. To Provide a Voice for the Interests and the betterment of both the quality of life for the individual alongside the wider fellowship of humanity.

 

VIII.  To Provide and Present unique, rational, and innovative approaches and solutions to the issues of the day – unbound by partisan doctrines and abiding by the rules of logic as well as the parameters of the given situation.

 

IX.  To Provide a newsletter free from censorship and coercion – and one devoted to the truth and to free, unperturbed discourse and thought.

 

X.  To Provide a newsletter vehement in the undertaking of honoring the principles of justice, dignity, integrity, and verity. Furthermore, one that is steadfast in combating both corruption and despotism.
